About Us
Welcome
Swanton Elementary School is a pre-kindergarten through sixth-grade school of about 550 students, located in beautiful Franklin County, Vermont. Our campus includes two buildings that are utilized for preschool through second grade (Babcock Building) and grades three through six (Central Building). Our grounds include an athletic field and, thanks to our generous and supportive community, a newly designed playground for younger students. Our goal is to teach, model and practice being respectful, responsible, and caring as a means of maintaining a welcoming, inclusive and positive climate. Our academic programs emphasize real-world connections within a rigorous learning environment. Welcome to our school website and our school.
